Help Keep Our Fields Beautiful – Support Lyndon Recreation Association!

At Lyndon Recreation Association, our fields are more than just grass and dirt — they’re where lifelong friendships are formed, lessons in teamwork take root, and kids build confidence one inning at a time.

But keeping our fields safe, playable, and beautiful takes hard work… and the right equipment. Our mowers have served us well, but after years of faithful service, they’re worn down.  Over the last two years we have had to put in over $10,000.00 for repair work on our mowers.   That seems like a lot but they are commercial grade mowers that cost over $25,000.00 new and we have two of them and we have to keep 12 fields, a football field and about 25 acres of grass mowed daily.  

We have already paid for the repairs but that means we will have to sacrifice other systems or services and although we do budget "emergency" situations, we can't budget in this high of an amount.  

That’s where you come in.
Your donation will help us to cover the cost for our repairs to our mowers over the last two years so we can continue to provide the clean, safe, and welcoming fields our league deserves. Every gift — big or small — makes a difference in keeping the spirit of youth sports alive here in Lyndon.

I realize that some of you have already donated to our facility and it is appreciated but with around 2000 participants a year I would hope that we could get at least 1000 people donating $10.00 to reach our goal of $10,000.00.

There is no fee applied to us using this platform so 100% of your donation goes to Lyndon Recreation.  They do ask for a tip that goes to them and it is options.  Also, Lyndon Recreation is a 502c3 Business and your donation is tax deductible.  You will receive a receipt for your taxes upon your donation.
