Hello. First, here are some of the scheduling rules:

• All field times for teams must be scheduled through this portal.
• Lyndon Recreation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule availability based on park policies and procedures. If needed, you will be notified about any changes and reimbursed if applicable.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Lyndon Rec teams and Lightning Teams are not charged for field rentals.
• School Teams will be permitted to schedule without immediate payment as they typically require an invoice. We will send out invoices the first of each month.
• Travel Teams and all other organizations are required to pay upon scheduling. If your practice times are canceled due to weather or by Lyndon Recreation you will be given credit toward additional date(s). Reimbursement is possible however.

SCHEDULING SOFTWARE PROCESS

1. Schedule your Field Time here
2. Select the Field you want to reserve.
3. This will take you to a page where you can select the day(s) and time(s) for this specific type of practice.
4. You will only be allowed to schedule out 30 days. If you need availability beyond the 30 days, please return on a later date to schedule those dates.
5. Scheduling multiple days option exists.
6. The system will not allow scheduling inside of 12 hours for reservations without lights but with lights we need 72 hours in advance.

AVAILABLE FACILITIES AND SERVICES

• Each field has a dedicated batting tunnel/cage that will be available to you during your scheduled practice times.
• The fields are regularly maintained from the middle of March through October. Any use outside of these dates will primarily be first-come-first-serve bases.
• We typically will not drag the fields for a requested practice time although the fields are dragged on a regular bases.
• Requesting practice times with lights are more expensive due to the electric cost and the need to hire a person to turn on and turn off the lights.
• Bathrooms are open from about the 20th of March through the end of October.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELING RESERVATION

1. Once you create an account you will be able to view your upcoming reservations where you can reschedule and or cancel your reservation.
2. You will also receive an email confirmation where you can reschedule/cancel as well.

Here is a map of the park with the locations of the fields. Please park only in the designated parking lots. Do not drive into the park.
